Our check in time is 3:00 PM.
Do contact us after your booking for more details and rest assured that we will contact you to inform you should your unit is available for early check in.
Our checkout time is at 12:00 PM.
This is subject to availability especially if the room had been booked by another guest on the day you are checking out. However should you really require late checkout, it will be chargeable at a rate of RM 50.00 per hour of late checkout.
Yes! But do contact us for more details to see if the room you would
like to extend is still available for the day. Should the room is available for extension, we will require you to transfer us the room extension rate before 12:00PM.
The swimming pool is accessible at level 6.
Yes! The swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
It is located at the 42nd floor (rooftop) of the North Tower. If you are staying at South Tower, please proceed to level 6 which is a connecting level to the North Tower.
Yes! Do refer to your check in instructions for your dedicated parking
lot. Do only park at your designated parking lot or your vehicle will get clamped with a hefty fine of RM 50.00 from the security.
If you require more parking, you may park at the visitor underground parking, accessible outside the guardhouse. The fee starts at RM 3 for 2 hours and capped at RM 10 per day. But do try your luck and contact us if there is extra parking available first!
